There’s about 5 million reasons why I need to lose weight. Most of them are for my health, specifically for my PCOS but I just cannot motivate myself to do it. I was supposed to have lost weight since my appointment with my doctor last June and now the appointment is a week from today and I really haven’t lost that much. Like why the fuck can’t I just get my shit together and be healthy? Does anyone out there have advice or words of encouragement, specifically for someone who is in remission from an ED?
